乏氧Hypoxia紅色探針
用于乏氧監(jiān)測(cè)的紅色熒光探針是一種全新設(shè)計(jì)的高性能探針,用于實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)定活細(xì)胞的缺氧狀態(tài)?;罴?xì)胞在含正常氧氣濃度(21%)的環(huán)境中,熒光非常弱,基本不發(fā)出熒光;而當(dāng)氧水平降低到低于5%時(shí),會(huì)發(fā)出明亮的紅色熒光;細(xì)胞的缺氧程度越高,探針的熒光越強(qiáng)。該紅色乏氧監(jiān)測(cè)試劑具有完全可逆的響應(yīng),當(dāng)細(xì)胞中的氧濃度恢復(fù)至正常水平時(shí),熒光隨之消失。
乏氧Hypoxia紅色探針可滲透活細(xì)胞,與活細(xì)胞孵育僅1個(gè)小時(shí)后,就可以快速地觀測(cè)細(xì)胞內(nèi)的乏氧狀態(tài)。該試劑是檢測(cè)腫瘤、3D Spheroids、球體、神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞或組織周圍乏氧狀態(tài)的理想工具。
該探針可使用488nm的藍(lán)色激光器進(jìn)行有效激發(fā),其最大發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)位于615nm處,且具有銳利的熒光發(fā)射峰,因此非常有利于熒光光譜分離,該探針具有可逆的氧氣響應(yīng)行為,可實(shí)現(xiàn)細(xì)胞內(nèi)缺氧狀態(tài)的動(dòng)態(tài)觀測(cè)。
The red fluorescent probe for intracellular hypoxia monitoring is a newly designed high-performance probe for real-time determination of the anaerobic state of live cells. When the cells were incubated in an environment with normal oxygen concentration (21%), the fluorescence is very weak and almost no fluorescence is emitted; however, when the oxygen level drops below 5%, bright red fluorescence can be directly observed; the higher the degree of anaerobic state of the cell, the stronger the fluorescence of the probe. The red hypoxia monitoring reagent has a fully reversible response, and the fluorescence disappears as the oxygen concentration in the cell returns to normal levels.
The hypoxia-sensitive red probe can penetrate living cells and can be used to quickly observe the state of hypoxia within cells after incubating with the probe for just 1 hour. This reagent is an ideal tool for detecting hypoxia in tumors, 3D Spheroids, spheres, neuronal cells or tissues.
This probe can be effectively excited using a 488nm laser, with its maximum emission wavelength at 615nm and a sharp fluorescence emission peak, thus being very beneficial for fluorescence spectroscopy separation. The probe has fully reversible oxygen response behavior, allowing for dynamic observation of hypoxic state in cells.
